This website is designed to inform people regarding my teaching philosophy, practices, and experience in higher education. At same time, it implicitly reveals my approach to helping others learn. The stimulus and development of this website grew out my participation in the Teaching in Higher Education Certificate Program at Temple University. Currently, I am an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Planning and Community Development Program of the Department of Architecture and Environmental Design, of the Tyler School of Art and Architecture at Temple University. I am Course Coordinator for two large enrollment sections of a general education (GenEd) course entitled “People, Places and Environment” (PPE). PPE is a course about human settlements and the interaction of people, places and the environment. I have been involved in the course since 2011.
